Electronic Evidence & Mental Stress – North Bay

This 1 day seminar will examine the rules and use of electronic evidence to advance a worker’s compensation claim and pitfalls in using this type of evidence. Also, participants will examine the history of mental stress claims including sections of the WSIA that prohibit payment of stress claims. The WSIB policies related to mental stress will also be discussed along with key WSIAT decisions. Policy considerations regarding occupations with cumulative exposures will also be discussed.
