ODRT, in partnership with Mohawk College, offers specialized leadership training in the field of Workplace Insurance and Disability Prevention. Intended for individuals interested in working in the field of Workplace Safety & Insurance Advocacy or as a Disability Prevention specialist. ODRT offers programming in fundamental principles, law, advocacy, key skill sets, advanced claim strategies, complex issue analysis, research and leadership training/coaching. Workplace Insurance Level II enables participants to apply knowledge of worker benefits and services established through current and historical legislation, regulations, and policies.
