Prevention Link’s Return to Work (RTW) branch promotes a culture of safety and improved return-to-work outcomes for the entire workforce. RTW Culture Transition Program
The ‘nuts’ and ‘bolts’ of any return-to-work program includes stakeholder input, accommodation best practices, and participation in building consensus on policies, procedures and protocols. The Prevention Link team will collaboratively assist your team or committee in the development of a Culture Transition Program. Prevention Link’s Occupational Disability Response Training branch has more than 100 instructors located across Ontario. Together, we will develop an integrative education and training agenda that will aid in your stakeholders understanding of the need for change and introduce techniques and creative solution/problem solving skills.
